NFL Odds Week 11 How to Bet 49ers-cardinals, Pick
2 min readOn Monday Night Football at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, the San Francisco 49ers (5-4) take on the Arizona Cardinals (4-6) in a crucial NFC West Division matchup.
The Cardinals have triumphed in three of the previous four meetings between the teams, but the 49ers still hold a 32-29 advantage in the NFL all-time series.
Here’s everything you need from a betting perspective on the 49ers-Cardinals game, from the point spread, money line, total Over/Under, and expert pick (odds via FOX Bet):
49ers vs. Cardinals at Eight fifteen Mexico City ET Monday, ESPN)
Point spread: 49ers -8 (49ers favored to win by more than 8 points, otherwise Cardinals cover)
Moneyline: 49ers -400 favorites to win (bet $10 to win $12.50 total); Cardinals +280 underdogs to win (bet $10 to win $38 total)
Total scoring Over/Under: 43.5 points scored by both teams combined
Pick via Gambling Analyst Sam Panayotovich:
In the NFC West, this matchup essentially involves elimination.
Given the point spread, bookmakers don’t really believe in Arizona, and I find it very challenging to wager on teams that Kliff Kingsbury is coaching in the final stretch. In nine seasons as the head coach of a professional or college team, Kingsbury has never had a winning record in the second half.
Wild, isn’t it?
The Niners’ offense, meanwhile, is almost fully functional, and when Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, and Brandon Aiyuk are all available and healthy, they’ll pose a challenge. Although I don’t like to lay out that much chalk, it’s the right choice because these teams are moving in opposite directions.
Arizona might lose by two touchdowns, but don’t be shocked.
PICK: 49ers (-8 at FOX Bet) to win by more than 8 points
